With the capacity to seat 100+ patrons and also host functions, candidates must be highly experienced and qualified. Come and work in a popular waterfront restaurant in a beautiful coastal setting.

Job Description

- Prepare high quality meals for diners
n
- Follow safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
n
- Manage less experienced kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion
n
- Support the Head Chef in all duties
n

Required Skills and Experience

n

n
- Recognised chef qualification e.g Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
- 3+ years as a Chef in a full-service restaurant
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience in Asian fusion is a preference but not essential
