Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced contract logistics operation within a well-established global logistics environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving team performance, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring accurate stock control.

n

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse staff
n
- Manage daily workloads and allocate resources effectively
n
- Ensure accurate stock movements and system updates (WMS)
n
- Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliations
n
- Drive team performance against KPIs
n
- Manage attendance, leave and general team matters
n
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
n

About You:

n

- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
n
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
n
- Confident managing teams and performance
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
