We're looking for a sales consultant with real edge — someone who can own the conversation, guide the pitch, and close the deal.

What You'll Be Doing

- Taking inbound sales calls from people already seeking solutions.
n
- Calling fresh digital enquiries within minutes of landing — urgency = success.
n
- Speaking with existing customers and referral leads (OTs, carers, families).
n
- Running a structured discovery and pitch using our high-converting sales script.
n
- Matching health or mobility needs to the right Sophie Bed solution.
n
- Managing your entire pipeline in Zoho CRM — tasks, notes, and appointments.
n
- Following up like a pro to convert bookings, re-engage callbacks, and close.
n
- Respecting time zones, deduping leads, and updating data fast and clean.
n

- A strong outbound-style closer who thrives in a structured sales setting.

- Confidently keeping customers on the phone for a full-value pitch, not just a price drop.

- CRM-savvy, disciplined with follow-ups, tasks, and lead management (Zoho experience a plus).
n
- A team player who can work independently, takes initiative, and respects the process.
n
- Trainable, coachable, and happy to use a sales script — because it works.
n
- Positive, professional phone presence with a genuine desire to help older Australians improve comfort and independence at home.
