About the role
n
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Secured Business Loans, you'll own and grow our wholesale partner relationships within Resimac Asset Finance (RAF). This is a partnership and portfolio role focused on driving volume growth across our Secured Business Loan book, shaping the wholesale product offering, and delivering against volume, margin and partner targets.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Manage and expand relationships with RAF wholesale partners, providing ongoing training on products and processes
n
- Drive volume growth across the Secured Business Loan portfolio and achieve agreed volume, net interest margin (NIM) and volume-per-partner targets
n
- Facilitate the exceptions process for wholesale partners: workshopping scenarios, escalating and managing approvals across product, credit and treasury, issuing term sheets, and reviewing and approving loan documents
n
- Coordinate across product, credit, legal, treasury,
operations and compliance to move deals forward
n
- Support loan administration including extensions, redraws, arrears management, variations, rate increases and annual reviews
n
- Contribute to wholesale product development, pricing and the broader RAF business strategy
n
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend ways to sharpen our competitiveness
n
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitisation and process improvement, and develop operational procedures that scale
n
- Uphold credit policies, company procedures and the risk framework at all times
n
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to team members where required
n

What we're looking for
n
n
- Demonstrable experience in a similar wholesale, structured finance or partnerships role, with strong stakeholder management
n
- Solid understanding of credit risk across both small business and consumer finance products
n
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation including the NCCP Act, PPSR, AML/CTF regulations and the Privacy Act
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships internally and externally
n
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Proficiency across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
n
- A degree in Business, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in the finance industry)
