About The Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Care Team Leader to provide hands‐on leadership, mentoring, and support to our community-based carer workforce in Canberra.

n

This field-based role ensures carers are well supported, confident in their practice, and delivering consistent, high‐quality care services to clients in their homes. You will act as a key link between carers and management, helping strengthen team capability, performance, and wellbeing.

About You

n





You are a confident, approachable leader with a strong background in aged care or home care services. You enjoy supporting others, building capability in teams, and ensuring clients receive consistent, high‐quality care.

n

- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance (for work use)
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Home & Community) or higher
n
- Experience delivering care to older people in community or residential settings
n
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting a care team
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills
n
- Ability to work independently across a community-based role
n
