The Role

This is a Permanent Full time position (Monday to Friday) focused on delivering high-level care and creating a vibrant "home" atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment programs.
n
- Coordinate diverse group activities both on-site and in the local community.
n
- Set and track personalized lifestyle goals for residents.
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic resident care.

Requirements

- Qualification:



Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
n
- Soft Skills: A genuine "people person" with a passion for building relationships.
n
