The Company

We are a boutique used vehicle dealership managing a stock list of over 100 cars!! Continuous growth from an initial wholesale environment, we now include a licensed retail arm that has grown to move in excess of 50 cars per month.

An experienced Sales Professional is required to join the team in our Used Vehicle showroom based in Moorabbin.

n

The Role

n

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experience and advice during the vehicle sales process.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Prospecting and lead generation / Following up on leads
n
- Maintaining vehicle stock using Dealer Management system 'Autogate' & Carsales Portals
n
- Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the sales process
n
- Meet and exceed sales targets, by identifying and closing sales opportunities
n
- Assisting and Managing vehicles for sale
n
- Photographing and optimal presentation of stock vehicles for advertisement
n

About you:

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, process-driven, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and customer service to effectively coordinate and optimize a range of sales and customer service functions in a dealership environment.

Requirements -

- Exceptional negotiation and consultive sales skills
n
- Possess strong product knowledge of motor vehicles and achieve sales targets
n
- A genuine passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service
n
- Exceptional communication,interpersonal, customer service and persuasion skills
n
- The ability to listen and quickly build rapport with customers, colleagues and business partners
n
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
n
- Immaculate and professional personal presentation, punctual and reliable
n
- Be the holder of a full valid Victorian Drivers License
n
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Visa Holder
