Job Description

- Band 7 - $113,574 - $127,086 + 12% Superannuation

Exciting opportunity to be part
n and lead Manningham Council Capital works program. This role provides the
n opportunity of an exceptional candidate to help shape the delivery of exciting
n projects including major roads reconstruction and aquatic facilities. The role
n will suit someone with strong program management experience and high levels of
n financial acumen. Manningham Council has exceptional delivery rates of it
n capital program and we are seeking someone who will be able to build on an
n improve the Capital delivery and improve levels of collaboration with the
n organisation whilst fostering a positive culture.

Skills and experience
n
n
- Have a Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Project Management, Finance or Logistics.
n
- Extensive experience in Capital Works Program Scheduling.
n
- Experience in Project Management and or Contract Administration.
n
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
n
- Substantial experience in financial reporting to ensure transparency and good governance with the ability to effectively and efficiently produce materials to a deadline.
n
- Experienced in program development and management with ability to set priorities, business case evaluation, and plan and organise multiple tasks.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and initiate responsive actions and solve problems as they arise.
n
