Here's a snapshot of your day:

n

- Supervising the Maintenance team
n
- Supervising day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
n
- Reviews assigned work orders.
n
- Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
n
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
n
- Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
n
- Reviews work orders,



estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
n
- Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
n
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
n

Skills and experience:

n

n
- Previous experience of team supervision
n
- Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work
n
- Knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
n
- Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial workplace.
n
- Valid Driver's License.
n
