Job Description

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Business Change Manager in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

n

n
- At least three (3) years of work experience providing change manager services.
n
- Demonstrated experience in change management planning, effectively developing a change management approach and detailed change management plan in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams.
n
- Proven high level understanding of change readiness and implementation, designing and implementing action plans ensuring required processes, tools, communications and training are in place to support successful change adoption.
n
- Proven change manager experience working in large organisation similar to the department.
n
