As Area Manager you will be working closely with your Store Managers to drive sales, profit, and team development goals in line with yd. values.

Key responsibility:

- Sales reporting analysis and take action to benefit performance

- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results

- VM implementation and management Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage
n
- Recruitment and internal progression within your team
