We are recruiting aTraffic Manager Design & Digital (Project Manager)whereyou willbe responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day project management of the Digital & Design Studio's workflow.

n

This is not a traditional trafficrole.We are a creative agency within an events agency within a global travel business, which means the pace is real, the work is varied, and the expectations are high.

n

You'llworkalongside the Art Director, Graphic Designers, Digital experts, Creative Director, CreativeProducer,and the Head of Creative Servicestoshape how work moves, bringing structure without slowing creativity, and helping a talented team do their best work.

n

At peak times,you'recomfortable stepping onto the tools to support delivery, adding variety to the role. You bring enough design capability to contribute when needed, helping the teammaintainmomentum without compromising quality.

What you will be doing:

n

Own workflow and triage, assess incoming briefs in Wrike, clarify scope, andprioritisewhat matters most

n

Plan capacity with intent,allocatingwork based on skill,bandwidthand strategic priority

n

Orchestrate delivery, runningpipeline conversations, resolvingbottlenecks, andkeepprojects moving

n

Manage stakeholders, communicate timelines, trade-offs and risks with clarity and confidence

n

Optimisehow we work, refine processes, improve systems,



and remove friction from delivery

n

Protect quality, ensure all work moves through the right checkpoints before reaching clients

n

What you will bring to the role:

n

You might be a designer ready to step into coordination, or a Traffic or Project Manager with solid creative fluency.

n

You understand the reality of immovable event deadlines and thrive in environments where pace and precision matter.

n

Either way, you understand how creative work really happens.

n

Demonstratedbackground in graphic design(ideally6+ years), with the ability to speak the language of creatives

n

Experience in traffic,workflowor project coordination(ideally4+ years)within a fast-paced environment

n

Ability to balancehigh standardswith high care, for the work and the people doing it

n

Confidence in having honest conversations about capacity and prioritiesand trade-offs

n

Strong problem-solving instincts, with the ability toidentifyand resolve issues early

n

Highlyorganised, proactive, and focused on making things run well

n

Ability to collaborate effectively with both creatively and commercially focused stakeholders

n
