About the Role
n
You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business, providing commercially focused advice that supports both day-to-day operations and strategic objectives.
n
Your work will include:
n
n
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements;
n
- Advising on procurement, projects and strategic commercial initiatives;
n
- Supporting operational teams on contractual, commercial and regulatory matters;
n
- Providing practical, risk-based legal advice to senior stakeholders;
n
- Managing external legal providers where required; and
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement within the legal function.

About You
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
- 10+ years' post-admission experience;
n
- Strong commercial contracting experience gained in-house and / or private practice preferably in the resources sector;
n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
n
- A pragmatic, commercial approach and the ability to build trusted relationships; and
n
- Experience in property or technology matters or within the energy or resources sectors will be highly regarded, although not essential.
