- Atleast 7 years of experience working as a Test Manager or Program Test Managerdelivering large, complex programs across corporate, finance, and insurancedomains.
n
- Provenexperience leading testing across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and HCM platforms,with robust understanding of integration, configuration and end-to-endbusiness process assurance.
n
- Demonstratedexperience in insurance domain programs, including delivery across enterprisetransformation or transition initiatives.
n
- Strongexperience in corporate and finance functions, including finance processes,accounting controls, reconciliations,



reporting and assurance of financialoutcomes.
n
- Experiencedefining program-level test strategies and governance across multiple teststreams including vendor testing, SIT, UAT, CVT and PVT.
n
- Experienceleading broad test teams involving test managers, test leads and testanalysts across multiple delivery streams and external vendors.
n
- Strongexperience in agile delivery environments and in managing complex stakeholderlandscapes including program managers, executive managers and businesssponsors.
n
- Highlyskilled in setting up testing frameworks for large programs including testestimates, methodologies, tools, environments, test data, governance andautomation needs.
n
- Experienceworking across a broad technology landscape including digital, enterprisedata and reporting platforms such as Redshift, Databricks and SAS, relevantto corporate and finance domains, is highly desirable.
n
- Priorexperience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
