The Role

n





As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receipting
n
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of month-end duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
n
- Maintaining financial and travel processing
n
- Credit card management and treasury duties
n
- Assist with month-end duties, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
n
- Interpreting and providing advice to staff on travel entities in line with current legislation, policies, and procedures
n

Salary / Rate

n

- APS4: $78k – $85k + 15.4% Super for non-ongoing contracts
n
- APS4: $48/hr – $55/hr + 12% Super for labour hire contracts
n
- APS5: $86k – $95k + 15.4% Super for non-ongoing contracts
n
- APS5: $55/hr – $65/hr + 12% Super for labour hire contracts
