The ICT Procurement and Sourcing Lead is responsible for leading procurement planning, sourcing strategies and procurement governance across the Information Services Division (ISD). The role provides a single point of coordination for divisional procurement activities, ensuring sourcing outcomes are aligned with business priorities, government procurement policies and departmental governance requirements.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes in accordance with government or corporate procurement requirements.
n
- Experience preparing ICT procurement documentation, evaluation materials and executive approval submissions.
n
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, risk management and probity principles.
n
- Experience in ICT procurement, software licensing, cloud services, managed services and technology sourcing.
n
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse business areas.
n

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD hybrid work arrangements available.
