ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a passionate Part Time Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. This
n is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while
n contributing to the growth of a leading Australian furniture brand.

n

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through our stunning collections to find the perfect pieces for their homes.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Warmly greet and engage clients, providing personalised assistance and product guidance
n
- Build long-term relationships with current and existing customers to drive repeat business
n
- Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email with attention to detail
n
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain accurate records in ZenDesk
n
- Contribute to personal and team sales targets through collaborative strategies
n




- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
n
- Prepare showroom daily and ensure a welcoming, organised environment
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably retail or furniture)
n
- Passion for exceptional service and keen interest in design and furniture
n
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Positive, professional attitude with strong initiative
n
- Available to work weekends and 3 days during the week
n
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
n
- Experience in furniture or design industry
