Supervisor-Warehouse / Logistics

Location: Minto, New South Wales, Australia

Role Purpose

n

Lead warehouse staff to ensure goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.
n
- Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
n
- Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work environment.
n
- Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.
n
- Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory,



and transport teams; elevate issues when needed.
n
- Systems: Use WMS and RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision
n
- Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners
n
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines
n
- Inventory control experience
n

n

Preferred

n

n
- Forklift licence (LF)
n
- Experience in 3PL logistics
n

n

Work Environment

n

Fast-paced warehouse, may involve shift work and physical activity.
