We are seeking an experienced aviation maintenance skilled to step into the role of National Practical Training Manager (NPTM). This is a specialist national role responsible for the quality and integrity of Aviation Australia's aircraft maintenance practical training packages.

The role reports to the National Technical Training Manager (NTTM) and serves as the organisation's subject matter authority for national practical training standards, ensuring training packages are compliant, consistent, industry-relevant and capable of supporting high-quality learner outcomes. The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining trainer capability, authorisation and currency requirements.
