Sales Representative & Business Development

Fill-the-Pallet is an importer & wholesalor in Harware & Building supplies industry. FTP's target is to support Australian independent hardware retailers. As a supplier of some major buying groups such as HBT & CSS, FTP is is a proud platform liaising with overseas manufacturers and Australian retailers by offering innovative ideas and excellent services, this allows Australian independent stores to enjoy a wide range of products with reasonable prices at small MOQs.

Qualifications & experience

n

LOVE TO TRAVEL within one state or nationalwide cross COUNTRYSIDE and REMOTE AREA for client visits

n

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware, tools, or construction industry.

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

n

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets..

n

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

Identify and target potential customers in the industries of hardware, tools and building materials.

n





Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to present our product ranges and value propositions.

n

Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales quotas.

n

Maintain a robust understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of our products, and effectively communicate with slients.

n

Customer Relationship Management:

n

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

n

Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations.

n

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

n

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.

n

Sales Performance Tracking:

n

Monitor and report on sales performance, including achievements, challenges, and trends.

n

Provide regular updates to the manager regarding sales activities and results.

n
