Job Description
Join a well respected and process-driven Real Estate Agency in Sydney's southwestern Suburbs, with Experienced leadership that are focused on finding the right people to grow within their well established agency.

You will take responsibility for an established portfolio that has been managed by the same Property Manager for more than 15 years, giving you the opportunity to step into a well-maintained portfolio with strong existing relationships.

You will also have the support of our Leasing Team and Assistant Property Manager, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and growing your portfolio.

The Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing property maintenance and liaising with tenants, landlords and trades
n
- Managing rental bonds and associated processes
n
- Preparing and managing rent increases and rent reviews
n
- Managing lease renewals, extensions and tenancy terminations
n
- Coordinating key handovers and property check-ins
n
- Conducting mid-month and end-of-month processes
n
- Maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinating property photography and advertising
n
- Managing landlord insurance requirements and property documentation
n
- Coordinating property marketing and advertising
n
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
n
- Attending NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) matters when required
n
- Ensuring all property management activities are completed in accordance with NSW legislation, agency procedures and best practice
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence
n
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Previous residential Property Management experience – essential
n
- Strong administration and organisational skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
- A genuine commitment to building a long-term career in real estate
n
- Experience with PropertyMe would be highly advantageous
n
- Full working rights in Australia
