Omni Group is seeking a hands on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing VIC Service team.
n This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites

n

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)

n

Set up and test current and returned equipment

n

Complete detailed service reports within 24 hours

n

Identify follow-up work and prepare quotations

n

Provide clear and professional communication to customers

n

Success in this role looks like:

n

Up to 15 services completed per week

n

Timely and accurate service reporting

n

Strong customer relationships and satisfaction





n

Identification of additional service opportunities

n

Skills & Experience:

n

Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role

n

Strong mechanical aptitude

n

Excellent customer service and communication skills

n

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

n

High attention to detail

n

Requirements:

n

Physically fit and reliable

n

Limited electrical license(preferred but not required)

n
