Job Description

Overview

n

We are seeking a specialist resource with hands-on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)
n




- Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions
n
- Enable improved demand vs capacity management insights
n
- Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
n
- Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
n
- Ensure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirements
n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5
n
- Strong understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning tools
n
- Experience supporting demand and capacity management use cases
n
- Ability to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation support
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n

n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- Active NV1 Security Clearance
n
- Ability to work on-site in Canberra
n
- Experience working in a Federal Government workplace (highly regarded)
