We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Business Analyst to support the optimization, enhancement and deployment of our client’s Workday HCM platform within a large and complex organization.

This role will act as the key link between People & Culture, IT and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical and scalable Workday solutions. The successful candidate must have strong experience across both Workday HCM business analysis and change analysis, including training impact analysis.

Key responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, document and validate business requirements for Workday HCM initiatives.
- Partner with People & Culture, IT and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Workday HCM deployment, enhancements and system optimization.
- Conduct change impact and training needs analysis.
- Support data validation, system testing, UAT and regression testing.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Undertake release impact analysis and support testing and deployment activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security and compliance.
- Develop process maps, system documentation,



requirements and solution documentation.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment with tight deadlines.
- At least three years’ experience as a Workday HCM Business Analyst or Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM—this is essential.
- Demonstrated experience across both business analysis and change analysis.
- Experience conducting training impact or training needs analysis.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM configuration, deployment or enhancement activities.
- Robust understanding of HR processes, data structures and data validation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a large, complex and Agile organization.
