About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Business Development Manager to grow our managed property portfolio and increase net management revenue. This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and converting new business.

Key Duties

n

Actively source new property management opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and investors.

n

Conduct professional market and rental appraisals and convert opportunities into signed agency agreements.

n

Develop and implement practical strategies to grow the managed portfolio and increase net management revenue.

n

Work closely with the sales team to convert recent purchasers,



settlements and existing clients into new managements.

n

Build trusted client and referral relationships through responsive, professional and solutions-focused service.

n

Maintain accurate records, monitor conversion performance and coordinate smooth handovers to the property management team.

About You

n

You will be a confident relationship builder with strong property management knowledge and a genuine sales mindset. Proactive, organised and commercially aware, you know how to turn conversations into opportunities while delivering an excellent client experience.

n

Demonstrated experience in property management

n

Solid sales or business development experience, with a proven ability to meet targets and KPIs

n

Current Queensland real estate registration certificate or licence

n

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

n

A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach to prospecting, follow-up and client service

n

Eligibility

n
