Toshi is an established Melbourne brand expanding its presence across Australia's leading marketplaces — including The Iconic, Baby Bunting, Amazon, and Myer. We're looking for a commercially driven Marketplace Specialist to own and accelerate our marketplace growth.

The Role

n

You'll lead the integration, optimisation, and end-to-end management of our marketplace channels, driving measurable commercial success. This is a hands‐on, data‐led role for someone passionate about ecommerce and obsessed with results — comfortable working across strategy, operations, and the fine detail.

Key Responsibilities

n

Channel Growth & Integration

n

n
- stablish and manage integrations with new and existing marketplaces
n
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale sales and profitability across each channel
n
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, profitability and product visibility
n
- Manage promotional activity, seasonal campaigns and key trading events
n
- Ensure marketplace activity aligns with broader business and brand objectives
n
- Research and identify recent marketplace opportunities locally and internationally
n
- Tailor approach to the nuances of each platform
n

Listings & Content

n

n
- Create and optimise product listings — titles, descriptions, enhanced content, and imagery
n
- Manage product categorisation, attributes, variations, and SKU structures
n
- Apply marketplace SEO and keyword strategy to maximise visibility
n

n

Pricing, Promotions & Advertising

n

n
- Drive competitive pricing strategies
n
- Grow AOV with creative and tested strategies
n
- Plan and execute promotions and campaigns
n
- Manage Sponsored Product advertising and optimise ROAS
n
- Strategise and implement to improve both revenue and profitability
n

n

Inventory & Operations

n

n
- Participate in coordinating a sophisticated custom-built inventory system
n
- Maintain accurate, high-volume inventory and listings with precision
n




- Collaborate in coordinating fulfillment with onsite warehouse
n
- Oversee demand forecasting, returns and account health metrics
n

n

Data & Reporting

n

n
- Monitor, analyse, and report on sales data, trends, and KPIs
n
- Build dashboards, track performance, and reconcile fees, commissions, and settlements
n
- Turn data into actionable commercial decisions
n

n

Relationships & Compliance

n

n
- Stay across platform policies, T&Cs;, and compliance requirements
n
- Manage disputes, claims, and case resolution
n

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated success growing marketplace channels
n
- Strong commercial and ecommerce acumen, with solid understanding of margin and unit economics
n
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
n
- Experience with AI and enthusiasm for creating automations
n
- Proven ability to manage large inventories with accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Experience with marketplace integration / feed platforms
n
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising
n
- Fashion SKU style, colour and size experience considered favourably
n
- Shopify experience
n
- A proactive, organised, results-oriented self-starter who thrives across teams and under pressure
