The Role

n

- Provide accurate sales estimates and quotes as per clients' requests
n
- Prepare take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
n
- Delivery timely and accurate project budgets
n
- Oversee all documentation to contractors/suppliers
n




- Identify and resolve construction issues during negotiation and contract stages
n

n

About You

n

n
- Demonstrated experienced estimating in the residential construction space
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
n
- Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office
n

n
