Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators for multiple civil infrastructure projects across the Townsville region.

Working with a well-established civil contractor, you'll be involved in delivering TMR Road Work Packages and Defence infrastructure projects throughout North Queensland.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking for long-term work with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

What's On Offer

- $60–$75/hr (based on experience)
n
- Ongoing work across the Townsville region
n
- Monday to Friday roster
n
- Standard hours: 6:30am – 4:30pm
n
- Overtime available during the week
n
- Family-friendly roster
n
- Saturday work available when required (not generally compulsory)
n
- Temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates
n
- Work with a reputable civil contractor on major TMR and Defence projects
n

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating graders on civil construction projects
n
- Final trim and detailed finishing works
n




- Road construction, pavement preparation and maintenance
n
- Working to survey levels and project specifications
n
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and machine maintenance
n
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience operating Final Trim Graders
n
- Minimum 2 years' final trim experience preferred
n
- Experience on TMR road projects highly regarded
n
- White Card
n
- Relevant plant tickets and VOCs
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Strong safety focus and ability to work within a team
n

Projects are currently located throughout the Townsville region, with opportunities to move between projects as workloads increase.
