About the Role
n
As Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of Allied Health professionals while driving clinical excellence across the organisation.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
- Designing and developing high-quality Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation courses
n
- Creating learning pathways through the Allied Health Warrior platform
n
- Delivering face-to-face workshops and professional development programs
n
- Providing one-on-one mentorship and clinical supervision
n
- Supporting Physiotherapists to develop advanced MSK clinical skills
n
- Contributing to research-informed practice and clinical innovation
n
- Collaborating with industry leaders and subject matter experts
n
- Maintaining a clinical caseload of approximately 24 billable hours per week
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys developing others and is passionate about evidence-based musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
n
You Will Bring
n
n
- Minimum 5 years' Physiotherapy experience
n
- Extensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience
n
- Strong mentoring, coaching and education skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload and achieve performance outcomes
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills
n
- Passion for clinician development and qualified education
n
- Ability to influence and inspire clinicians at all career stages
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- APA Titled Physiotherapist status or working towards titling
n
- Experience within NDIS and disability-related rehabilitation
n
- Experience delivering education, supervision or professional development programs
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- Bachelor or Postgraduate Qualification in Physiotherapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n
- Ability to travel across clinic locations as required
n
