What You'll Be Doing
n
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for our business.
n
Managing and updating our website.
n
Designing graphics, brochures, advertisements and promotional material.
n
Producing photography and video content.
n
Managing digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta and LinkedIn).
n
Creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
n
Writing website content, blogs and project case studies.
n
Managing SEO and improving online visibility.
n
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results.
n
Identifying new marketing opportunities and growth strategies.
n
Leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, automate processes and enhance marketing outcomes.
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management.
n
Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
n
Experience with SEO, Google Ads and Meta advertising.
n
Confidence creating engaging written, visual and video content.
n
Experience using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve workflows and content creation.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
The ability to travel interstate from time to time.
n
A proactive attitude with plenty of initiative and creative ideas.
n
Highly Desirable
n
Photography and videography experience.
n
Experience working with trade or educational industries.
n
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
n
