About the Role

n

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll work directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes and support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role where you'll act as an advisor, facilitator and analyst across a range of exciting engagements.

n

You'll gain experience in:

n

Project delivery and execution

n

Business analysis and stakeholder engagement

n

Process design, improvement and implementation

n

Customer and user experience mapping

n

Data insights and remediation

n

Agile and human-centred design methods

n

Who We're Looking For

n

We're after graduates who are not only analytical and curious, but also confident communicators and natural relationship-builders. You'll thrive in collaborative environments and be energised by solving problems that matter.

Ideal candidates will be:

n





Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2026) in Business/Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related fields

n

Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

n

Solid in critical thinking, analysis and written communication

n

Interested in superannuation, financial services or consulting

n

Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable

n

Australian citizens or permanent residents, Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
