Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems
n
- Design and enhance observability using Grafana and enterprise monitoring tools
n
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs & SLAs
n
- Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Automate operational processes and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
n
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve platform resilience and customer experience.
n

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer
n
- Robust troubleshooting and production support experience
n
- Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
n
- Passion for automation, monitoring, and operational excellence
n
