About The Prospect

n

Programmed are looking for an experienced Gardener to join our team in Sydney working in a mobile crew committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services across our contracts. This is an excellent chance to be part of a high-performing team and to secure long-term employment with the bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.

Position Type:Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as required
n
- Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding
n
- Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs
n
- Implement mulching and planting programs
n
- Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment
n
- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard
n
- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
n




- Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers and other small plant equipment
n

About You

n

To join our team, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

- A current driver's license and white card
n
- A professional approach to the workplace
n
- The ability to execute work to a high standard
n
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
