About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter + Paint Prepper to join our Thomastown team on a full-time basis.

n

In this role, you'll deliver consistent colour matching and premium-quality finishes in a busy, well-structured production workplace.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Spray painting vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
n
- Accurate colour matching and blending
n
- Managing the prep-to-paint process
n




- Maintaining paint booth cleanliness and WHS compliance
n
- Meeting productivity and efficiency targets
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent)
n
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
n
- Strong knowledge of waterborne and solvent-based paint systems
n
- Experience in a collision repair or panel shop environment
n

n

You'll also bring:

- A commitment to consistently high-quality finishes

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
n
- Willingness to grow your skills, including I-CAR or similar training
