Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role where you aren't bogged down by endless admin?

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee our well-maintained, high-yield portfolio of 200 mixed residential and commercial assets in the Inverloch/Gippsland region.

n

You will not be doing this alone. This role is supported by a dedicated, full-time Junior Property Manager who manages routine inspections, initial maintenance triage, and daily admin, allowing you to focus on high-level portfolio management, commercial compliance, and landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the strategic management of a 200-property mixed portfolio.
n
- Manage commercial leasing, outgoings reconciliations, and Retail Leases Act compliance.
n
- Drive residential tenancy operations, complex tribunal matters, and structural renewals.
n
- Mentor and delegate daily tasks to your full-time Junior Property Manager.
n




- Utilise Property Tree to maintain immaculate portfolio data and financial reporting.
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- 4+ years of Property Management experience (mixed residential/commercial experience highly regarded).
n
- Deep proficiency in Property Tree software.
n
- Thorough knowledge of the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act and Retail Leases Act.
n
- Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate License.
n
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and develop junior staff.
n
