Responsibilities include:

n

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
n
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
n
- Maintain a fully stocked store
n
- Ordering Stock
n
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants
n
- Welcome and greet customers
n
- Keep up to date with product information
n
- Follow all company policies and procedures
n

The successful candidates will have:

n
- Proven working experience in retail sales
n




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Friendly helpful, confident and engaging personality.
n
- Well presented and professional at all times.
n
- Extensive knowledge of wine products
n
- Basic administration skills
n
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as required.
n
- Must have a valid driver's license and RSA
n
- Delivery Driver MR License highly preferred
n
