Avante Linemarking is seeking a highly organised and proactive Traffic Control Implementor & HR Drivers/ TMA Drivers to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring safe, complaint delivery of our projects across Queensland.

n

Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role:

n

n
- General Construction Industry White Card
n
- Current Traffic Controller Industry Authority - Stop/ Slow Bat, QLD.
n
- Traffic Management Implementation Card, QLD
n




- Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence preferred but not mandatory
n
- Experience in line marking, road construction, or other infrastructure projects, with focus on small through to large-scale operational requirements.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and qualified approach to handling high value clients.
n
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
n
- Must have Australian work rights for this position.
n
- Demonstrable Leadership experience in live traffic sites and be driven to lead small team of traffic controllers
