Senior Project Coordinator
n Location: North Ryde (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
n Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major $20 million digital transformation, and we're looking for a driven individual to support the successful delivery of high-impact projects-with the opportunity to step into project management responsibilities over time.

n

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planning, scheduling, risk and issue tracking, and reporting
n
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams
n
- Assist with governance and compliance documentation
n
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and help drive project milestones
n

n

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Coordinator in complex environments
n




- Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
n
- Solid organisational and communication skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
n
- A team player who's eager to learn and grow
n
