At Chadstone Motor Group, we are looking for a confident, customer-focused Car Care Sales Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of leading brands including Ford, Hyundai, LDV, Chery and Omoda Jaecoo, supporting customers after their vehicle purchase with premium protection and enhancement products.

You'll be helping customers get the most out of their new car through products such as paint and interior protection, window tinting, protection packs, and our popular scratch & dent program.

About the Role

n

- Connect with customers after their vehicle purchase to introduce and recommend car care solutions
n
- Tailor protection packages to suit each customer's lifestyle, needs, and budget
n
- Work collaboratively with sales consultants and delivery coordinators across the group
n
- Ensure all paperwork and compliance processes are completed accurately
n
- Play a key role in growing the Car Care department and delivering an exceptional customer experience
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly regarded
n




- Confidence in presenting products and closing sales
n
- Professional presentation with solid attention to detail
n
- A motivated, positive attitude and drive to achieve results

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
