This full-time Distributor Marketer role at CleanSpace Technology Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW is an exciting chance to join a global marketing team supporting distributor sales across Australia/APAC, the United States, and Europe. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in connecting sales and marketing by developing high-quality marketing assets and campaigns that help our distributors engage customers and grow sales.

This is a hands-on role for an enthusiastic marketer who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and delivering practical marketing solutions that drive commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Create sales-focused marketing assets aligned with the CleanSpace brand, including brochures, flyers, digital advertising, email campaigns, social media content, sponsorship activities and promotional campaigns.
n
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials for trade shows and events across multiple regions, including banners, stand artwork, posters and supporting collateral.
n
- Work closely with distributors and regional sales teams to understand their needs and develop marketing resources that support end-user engagement and sales growth.

- Collaborate with the European Distribution Manager and global sales teams to identify opportunities and strengthen distributor partnerships.

- Take briefs from internal stakeholders, build first-draft marketing materials, and coordinate production with external graphic design partners.

- Manage multiple marketing requests across Australia/APAC, the US and Europe while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Support campaign planning, execution and reporting activities.
n
- Maintain strong working relationships with distributors, sales teams and external suppliers.
n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, asset development and distributor engagement activities.

What we're looking for

n

n
- Degree qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar distributor, channel, trade or B2B marketing role, with proven skills to hit the ground running from day one (this is not an entry level or junior position)
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, sales-focused content.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
n
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different regions, cultures and time zones.
n




- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
n
- Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Canva, and email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign.
n
- Flexible and available to join calls at different times to accommodate distributors and sales teams across EU, US, and APAC time zones
