n Join a growing enterprise SaaS business as an embedded QA Engineer within a software development team.
n This is a hands‐on quality engineering role focused on automated testing, Java/JUnit and improving quality throughout the development lifecycle.

The role
n You'll work closely with Engineers, Tech Leads and Product to improve test coverage, identify risks earlier and give the team greater confidence in each release.
n Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Writing, maintaining and debugging automated tests using Java and JUnit
n
- Building and improving automation frameworks and engineering test suites
n
- Testing functional, integration, regression and performance requirements
n
- Embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
n
- Diagnosing defects, failed tests and quality risks
n
- Improving test coverage, tools and testing processes
n
- Helping ensure the platform remains reliable, secure and performant
n

n





Your background
n We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Hands‐on experience writing automated tests in Java using JUnit or a similar Java testing framework
n
- Strong automation, integration and regression testing experience
n
- Experience in a SaaS, software product or platform workplace
n
- A good understanding of CI/CD and modern software development practices
n
- The ability to investigate defects and debug failed tests
n
- Experience working closely with software engineers throughout the development lifecycle
n
- A practical approach to improving quality, coverage and release confidence
n

n

This role would suit a QA Automation Engineer or technically strong QA Engineer who enjoys contributing directly to the test codebase.
