Tecside have a range of Production Labourer opportunities available across Swanbank, Crestmead, Acacia Ridge, Rocklea, Berrinba, Eagle Farm, Pinkenba and Lytton.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join manufacturing and production teams across a variety of industries. These roles offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across assembly, machine operations, production lines, pick packing, end-of-line processes, labouring and general manufacturing duties.

What You Could Be Doing:

n

n
- Working within manufacturing environments, including concrete production and precast operations, assisting with the production, preparation and finishing of quality products.
n
- Performing general concrete labouring duties including preparing materials, assisting with mould preparation, cleaning, stripping and finishing tasks.
n




- Supporting production teams with daily operations to ensure workflow and output targets are achieved.
n
- Assisting with assembly line processes and general manufacturing operations.
n
- Operating a forklift if required (LF ticket required)
n
- Operating machinery and equipment where required (training provided where applicable).
n
- Completing quality checks, product preparation and end-of-line duties.
n
- Using hand and power tools safely when required.
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following all workplace procedures.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, labouring, warehousing or similar environments is highly regarded.
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kgs.
n
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
n
- Robust commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
n
- Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug screening If required
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Availability to work up to 10-hour shifts
n
