Zylo has teamed up with a well established and forward-thinking law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This can be based either in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Position Summary

n

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting their Lawyers in various litigation matters.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Conducting legal research and analysis
n
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
n
- Assisting with case management, including scheduling hearings, organizing evidence, and managing deadlines
n
- Preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, interviewing witnesses, and assisting with courtroom logistics
n
- Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel,



and court personnel
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience (preferred)
n
- Robust understanding of litigation procedures and evidence rules
n
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Proficiency in legal software and database systems
n
