About the role

Exciting opportunity available to join the Training Academy team based in Royal Park, SA as a Technical Trainer / Advisor to provide technical training and technical phone support on the Daikin Product range. Reporting to the National Technical Manager, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Develop suitable course material and presentations to achieve the required learning outcomes.
- Manage all logistics and administration required around program delivery.
- Present course material and conduct learning assessments as required
- Provide technical information and support Daikin’s product range to assist Technicians with fault-finding and problem solving.




- Enter all calls into the database with an outline of the problem / issue and the recommended course of action to the client.

About you

- HVAC trade qualification and/or degree in relevant Engineering degree
- Strong passion to step into the training aspect of the HVAC industry.
- Passionate to continuously learn & develop your knowledge across HVAC.
- Excellent communication and ability to build rapport.
- Previous experience in Service Technician and/or Technical Advisor will be highly recommended.
