Grow Paediatric Dentistry - We're For Kids

We are a specialist paediatric dental practice looking for a receptionist extraordinaire to join our growing team!

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- -The primary responsibility is to guide parents through complex process of booking treatment under general anesthetic
n
- -Assist in running of reception including usual duties of booking patients, taking payments and answering emails
n
- -Be the face and voice of the practice
n

n

Experience

n

n
- -This role would suit someone with minimum of 4 years of experience in the dental industry
n
- -Knowledge of Exact software is preferred
n
- -Be proficient in Windows and Office software
n
- -In depth training will be provided on theatre bookings, fasting guidelines, hospital rebates, etc.
n

n

Full time

Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm

n

Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm

Remuneration will be calculated on your level of experience and skill and will be reviewed on performance

Starting date is negotiable
