Job Description

Sanector, part of SMYA, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the Mildura bottling facility, overseeing production, warehousing, safety, quality and people leadership.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive sustainable performance improvements, operational excellence and business growth, while building robust relationships with suppliers, customers and the sales team. A proactive mindset and Lean manufacturing experience will be highly valued.
