As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L.; Reporting to our Culinary & Operations Manager, your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit — including getting hands-on when it counts to ensure the delivery of our food is at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, leading large teams
n
- Robust financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
n
- Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
n
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
n
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
