Job Description

Blue Wing Care Professionals are currently seeking dedicated staff to support a client with complex health and care needs in Kallangur. This support will be provided in the client's home, working alongside the family and other care providers.

The individual's goals are to have skilled, caring, and compassionate staff to assist with their complex care needs, including respiratory care.

n

This role would suit those with a nursing background, assistant in nursing experience, or previous experience in complex care supports.

Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred care that supports client choice, control, and individual goals.
n
- Follow individual support plans and complete accurate documentation.
n
- Work flexibly across weekdays, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends,



and public holidays.
n
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
n
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and skilled approach to support.
n
- Comply with organisational policies and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
n

Skills, Experience & Requirements

n

n
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
- Valid Blue Card.
n
- Respiratory Care experience
n
- Certificate-level qualification and/or prior experience supporting people with disability.
n
