Accountant/Bookkeeper (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

n

Working closely with management you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance function across a number of entities, including:

n

- Accounts Payable
n
- Accounts Receivable
n
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Payroll processing
n
- BAS preparation and lodgement
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records
n
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting and general accounting tasks
n
- Supporting process improvements and finance administration as required
n

About You

n

You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy taking ownership of your work. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and are always willing to learn and develop your skills.

n

Ideally, you will have:





n

n
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting across multiple entities
n
- Exposure to a variety of industries, preferably including construction and/or retail
n
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
n
- Excellent computer and technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
n
