We are seeking an experienced Insurance Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale technology program within a complex insurance workplace. This role will be responsible for driving program outcomes, managing senior stakeholders, overseeing governance, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program delivery across technology and business streams.

- Manage program governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
n
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes.
n
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
n
- Coordinate vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.
n
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
n
- Drive change, adoption,



and successful implementation of program initiatives.

About You

n

- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs within the Insurance sector.
n
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, systems, and regulatory environments.
n
- Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation and technology initiatives.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
n
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
n
- Strong risk, governance, and financial management capabilities.
n
- Relevant project or program management certifications highly regarded (PMP, Prince2, MSP, Agile)
